Technical Developer – Web Services

Location: remote 

JD – Technical Developer

The candidate is expected to be hands-on in Web Services server-side experience. Will be analyzing business requirements and interacting with different business teams. Will be a part of the solution design process. Will be a part of the core development team and responsible for developing server APIs/components. You will be a part of scaling applications and database infrastructure processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Will work in high traffic / real-time Enterprise apps

· Will be a part of Agile Methodologies, Design Patterns, and Software Revision Control Systems

· Will gain experience in scaling applications and database infrastructure

· Able to lead the team from a technical, managerial leadership perspective

· Inspire & motivate team-mates and be a cross-functional go-to-person


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

· Minimum 1-2 years of development experience and should have worked on open-source platforms

MUST HAVE SKILLS

· Must have strong expertise in either Java or Python, Node.js

· Skillset should have a few of the following JSON, Redis / CouchDB/MongoDB, Web Sockets

· Knowledge of AI, NLP, ML, Chatbots will be added advantage.

· Knowledge of Linux / Unix flavors

· Experience in Web Services using REST, SOAP

· Knowledge of different authentication and authorization techniques

· Candidate must have hands-on experience in server-side programming independent of technology

· Strong knowledge of code documentation and handover

· Experience building scalable, high-available mission-critical platforms

JD – Engineering Lead

POSITION / TITLE: Engineering Lead

Purpose: Develop and Deploy Velmeni’s Digital Platform

Reporting To: Vice President – R&D and Innovations

Key Accountabilities

  • Define cloud architecture for Velmeni’s Digital Platform in Healthcare.

  • Deploy infra required for development, testing, and production.

  • Perform data engineering including data ingestion, data curation, data normalization, and data analytics.

  • Develop scripts, methods, and mechanisms to acquire different sets of data from discrete systems.

  • Develop & construct data architectures for both structured and unstructured data.

  • Development of various machine learning models/ deep learning models for various use cases.

  • Execute analytical experiments methodically to help solve various problems

  • Deep dive into the errors and optimizing the various parameters for improving accuracy.

  • Implement the selected analytical models into production scenarios and monitor the performance.

  • Develop intuitive dashboards and reports.

  • Ensure smooth integration between various IT and OT systems.

  • Develop automation tools to expedite development and deployment

  • Deploy the solution based on customer requirements.

Desired Profile

Experience

  • Expertise in Cloud solution architectures on Azure and AWS.

  • Expertise in Deep Learning (LSTM, RNN, CNN, GAN, etc.), Support Vector Machines; Regularization Techniques; Boosting, Random Forests, Ensemble Methods, Image/Video/Audio processing, Bayesian modeling, Time series modeling.

  • Experience with Sci-kit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, Pytorch, etc.

  • Experience with Azure bot services and Azure NLP.

  • Expertise in Data manipulation, wrangling, cleansing, and analysis on structured and unstructured data, querying data from Data lake and DB.

  • Ability to handle structured /unstructured data like Text, Image and have prior experience in loading, validating, and cleaning various types of data

  • Assembling data sets from disparate sources and analyze using appropriate quantitative methodologies, computational frameworks, and systems

  • Experience with Python, Java, react.js, Angular, etc.

  • Expertise in DevOps

  • Expert in microservices using Dockers and Kubernetes.

  • Take responsibility and be able to deliver as per commitments.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 10+ years of experience in Data Science & software development role

MUST HAVE SKILLS

  • Azure Cloud solution architect, Azure Data lake, Azure bot services, Python, Java, Mongo DB, Hadoop, Data modeling and mining, Scikit learn, Pytorch, Deep learning, Tensor flow, Kubernetes.

  • Experience building scalable, high-available mission-critical platforms

OTHER SKILLS WE'D APPRECIATE

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION

  • BTech/ MTech in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics
